How Do You Start Your Morning?

If I were to ask you what your favorite part of your day was, how many of you would saying waking up in the morning? I would think very few of you actually here your alarm go off and jump out of bed, ready to take on the day full speed ahead. Morning just isn’t people’s strong point. Most people slam their alarm snooze button, roll out of bed, drag themselves through their morning routine, then chug off to the 9-5. And people wonder why they have bad days when their morning starts like this.
