After spending some time in the personal training trenches, I quickly realized that the message of health, wellness, and vitality need to be stretches beyond the confines of a local gym. The world is in a horrible state right now. People are sicker than ever and nothing is being done about it. That is why you are here, right? You somehow landed on this page searching for something related to your health, fitness or life. And I hope that I can give you exactly what you are looking for.

I started this site back in 2008. When I first started this site, I had no idea what it would become. The more I wrote and develop a passion for the health and wellness world the more and more people started reading what I had to say. It wasn’t until 3 years later (mid-2011) that I realized I need to make Ninteman Fitness a full time business in order to properly help spread the message of health and wellness.
