Fitness Programs

Every personal trainer you check out on the web has a page of the programs that they offer. These range from one on one training sessions, boot camps, in home session, diet plans, sports training, massage, foot rubs, candle light dinners (I kid on those last two). Now-a-days in the fitness field, people are creating all sorts of different gimmicks in what they offer to get your to buy their services. I am not knocking this. I know its marketing, I know its business and I know people are in business to make money.

But is it what you need? My issue with these offerings is maybe you don’t need a one on one session. Maybe you don’t need boot camp classes (although EVERYONE can use boot camp classes I think!). If a trainer creates all these plans, most of the time they over look the personal factor of training and what they are in the business to do: get results.

So with that rant done – I would like to show you what I offer:

The Get You Healthy plan

Sure, I do one on one trainings. Sure, I do boot camps. Sure, I can train you in your house with my gear. But why limit myself to one those. As a fit coach, I want to see you get results, get healthy, and get happy. If one on one works best for you, we will do that. If you are a crazy busy executive and don’t have time to breathe, much less get a good workout in, and it works best that I come to your office and spend your lunch break doing a workout, that is what we will do. If you need to be in a group to help hold you accountable, boot camp, semi private, or small group training maybe what works for you.

Basically, I will do whatever needs to be done in order to get you results. I will not hold myself to certain plans to implement. If you get results by working out doing handstands, then I am going to learn how to do a handstand.

Because everything is custom based on what gets you results, I don’t have a set price amount for anything I do. Plus, I know different people can afford different plans. I don’t want you to miss an opportunity to get healthy just because you can’t afford 15 one on one session at $50 an hour. Everyone should have a chance to get healthy.
