Wellness is a word that describes you, doing your best and living life to the most that it can be.. Wellness is your life – balanced. It requires patience and persistence. Wellness embraces your entire being, accepts you as you are, and loves you unconditionally. Wellness walks with you. Wellness is that special blend, that unique formula, that secret recipe. The ingredients are your own, and only you can create it—however, you are not alone. Wellness is that central sense of self from which your world unfolds. Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
In short – wellness is the real deal. It isn’t just fitness. It isn’t just nutrition. It isn’t just mental health. It isn’t just spiritual health. It is ensuring that you are living to the highest potential possible. It is looking at every aspect of your life and ensuring it is as healthy as it can be. I can help you get there. It is more than personal training. More than a nutritionist. More than a motivational speaker. It is the all in one. It is ensuring that you are at the maximum, in everything that you do.
My wellness approach is not rocket science. I take a few simple steps to get you in the best place in your mind.
My Wellness Coaching Steps:
- YOU decide that you need to make a change.
- You click on the link below and sign up for wellness coaching.
- We meet and talk. Yes, talk. Can you believe I make people do this? No text message. No emails. I either get you on the phone, skype, or face to face if you are local. I bring a list of question, most of I won’t get to. And you and I start talking. I learn exactly who you are and what you need.
- I go back to my health cave and create a strategic plan and approach to getting you in the best health of your life.
- We meet again. We review the steps I create for you and your plan and we create action plans for the next hour, day, week, month and year. We don’t just make goals. We make plans on how you are going to hit those goals.
- Follow up. At the beginning, I may annoy you with as many follow ups as I give. But I want to ensure you stay on the right path. As we progress in the program, my follow ups get less and less till you can spread your wings and do it on your own.
Wellness Program: People always ask me what do I get with your wellness coaching? You get results. What else do you need to get? My wellness coaching is all inclusive. You get everything (including results!). You will get nutritional counseling. You will get personal training. You will get educational materials. You will get access to me anytime you need it (No, you can’t call me to ask if you can eat that piece of cake at 3 am. The answer is always NO.). I get you results, anyway needed. If you don’t get results, you get your money back. Pure and simple. The reason I love health and fitness is trackable. If you want to lose 20 lbs and you do, there is no way you tell me it didn’t work. But if you didn’t, I didn’t do my job. You shouldn’t pay.
